Basira helps blind and low-vision people listen to printed brochures. You point your phone's camera at a brochure, and the app plays its audio description. This policy explains what the app uses and what happens to it.
Basira does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you.
The app uses the camera to recognise which brochure you are holding. Camera images are analysed on your phone only. They are never saved, uploaded, or sent to us or to anyone else.
The app uses the microphone for voice commands, such as choosing a language or saying "start". Speech is converted to text by your phone's built-in speech recognition service (on most Android phones, provided by Google), under that provider's own privacy terms. Basira receives only the recognised words, uses them to respond to your command, and does not record, store, or send your voice anywhere.
To recognise brochures and play their audio, the app downloads brochure images and audio files from our server. These downloads do not include any information about you.
Basira does not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. It shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking, and does not sell or share data with third parties.
Basira does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.

لا يطلب منك تطبيق بصيرة إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع أو يخزّن أو يشارك أي معلومات شخصية عنك.
يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا للتعرّف على البروشور الذي تحمله. تُحلَّل الصور على هاتفك فقط، ولا تُحفَظ أو تُرفَع أو تُرسَل إلينا أو إلى أي جهة أخرى.
يستخدم التطبيق الميكروفون للأوامر الصوتية، مثل اختيار اللغة أو قول «ابدأ». تحوّل خدمة التعرّف على الكلام المدمجة في هاتفك (وهي من Google في معظم هواتف أندرويد) الكلامَ إلى نص وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها. يتلقى تطبيق بصيرة الكلمات المُتعرَّف عليها فقط لتنفيذ أمرك، ولا يسجّل صوتك أو يخزّنه أو يرسله إلى أي مكان.
للتعرّف على البروشورات وتشغيل صوتها، يحمّل التطبيق صور البروشورات وملفاتها الصوتية من خادمنا. لا تتضمن هذه التنزيلات أي معلومات عنك.
لا يجمع تطبيق بصيرة اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك أو موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك. لا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يستخدم أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع، ولا يبيع البيانات أو يشاركها مع أي جهة خارجية.
لا يجمع تطبيق بصيرة عن قصد أي معلومات من أي شخص، بما في ذلك الأطفال.
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، ستُنشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ جديد.
